Yes, implementation fees are based on the complexity of your workflows and integrations. However, if you choose to build your workflows using our no-code tools, this fee can be significantly reduced or eliminated.

Absolutely. Fethr is committed to supporting innovation, and our startup-friendly pricing ensures you can access powerful integration tools without exceeding your budget.

Our tiered pricing adjusts based on your usage. The more workflows or transactions you process, the lower your cost per unit becomes, allowing you to scale affordably as your business grows.

A transaction occurs each time data enters or exits our system. For example, if an HL7 message from a hospital EHR sends a new appointment, the data entering our system from the hospital counts as one transaction. When our system sends that data to your system—typically via FHIR, API, or webhook—that counts as a second transaction; in most cases, a complete flow will generate two transactions: one inbound and one outbound.

Beyond the transaction-based fees and implementation fee, there may be costs for optional 3rd-Party features (passed through at cost), advanced customizations, VPN connections, or additional support services. These will be clearly outlined in your agreement.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just send us a support email, and we will handle it for you. That way, you always get the best pricing.

You can downgrade to the lowest tier for $100 a month and keep all of your hard work saved.

Most of our contracts are 3–5 years, providing you with predictable, stable pricing. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Suppose you need to end your contract early. In that case, the worst-case scenario is simply downgrading to the lowest plan available under your agreement for the remainder of the term—ensuring flexibility without unnecessary hardship.
